My dad says that hiring Elaine was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. Working with Elaine was so easy. She was quick to respond and willing to help with anything and everything when it comes to the wedding. Elaine is not a wedding planner who makes the wedding about her either, she makes it about the bride and groom. She made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed and that our day was perfect for us.  Elaine is great at communicating with all of the vendors and perfectly arranged and coordinated our day. Elaine is the best wedding planner in Nashville! At least my mom and I think so :) She is extremely affordable and actually varies her prices according to how much help you require. So if you're a DIY person who needs a few suggestions on vendors, she can handle that, but if like me you don't want to spend hours hunting for vendors and thinking of all the little details, ... she is worth every single penny! Having her at our side allowed us to do all the fun stuff we wanted, but didn't require us to worry we might forget something or plan to coordinate our vendors. She did all of that for us and more. Not a single thing went wrong at my wedding; that's right, nothing! It was all because Elaine had everything under control. I've been in weddings where the family helps setup and break down. If you are on a strict budget, you may not have a choice, but hiring Elaine and her team to coordinate the day of as well as keep us on track during the planning before hand was the best investment in our budget! - Julissa

My husband and I had a very unique situation when we approached Elaine for help. We were planning a wedding from Germany to be held in the state we met but that neither of us had family living in. From day one, she was very accommodating- understanding our situation and skyping with us at odd times to help with the time difference. Elaine helped us get in contact with vendors, provided excellent recommendations, and helped with the overall plan for the big day. She was our go-to for questions and advice for all things wedding. On the big day, Elaine made sure that we did not have to worry about the little touches getting done. She made sure all our vendors were on task and that everything was set up exactly as we had discussed. 

Beyond her skills as a coordinator, her personality just cant be beat. She's extremely personable and always had a way of making us feel calm and confident that our day would be a success. Planning a wedding from a different country can be very stressful and challenging and at times it seemed impossible but with Elaine in our corner our dream wedding truly became a reality. We are forever grateful.

We hired Elaine for help with our wedding and I have no clue what we would have done without her!! There were some things that went wrong the day of and she was able to step in calmly (keeping me calm was probably her biggest job! Ha) and fix some decoration issues and a music issue.
