Phase 1 - Overview

We begin by looking at what elements are important to you, what elements will share your story. We brainstorm. We dream big. We explore your budget. We explore your style whether that is unconventional, traditional, organic, whatever makes you unique.

Unlimited phone calls and emails. We are here when you need us. You make the final decisions on the design and vendors that fit your style; we provide the experience and make sure the details are handled.

Online Planning App - Use this app to stay up to date and have instant access to your details. Store all your vendor contacts and contracts. Share ideas and images with with family and friends, allowing everyone to comment and collaborate. It helps keep things paperless.

Phase 2 - Initial Vendors

We want to save you time and stress. You get peace of mind knowing that an amazing team will bring your dream to life. It takes a great team to have a great wedding. We have spent many years connecting with great vendors who make every client feel special. We research initial ideas, scout venues, and create a custom list of vendors that fit your style and budget. We look at the elements that will show your guests a great time from a personalized menu to signature cocktails.

Phase 3 - Design

We use the design process to help communicate your style and vision to vendors. We bring your ideas to life with amazing florals, tabletop rentals, fine linens, beautiful stationery, and more through the creative process. We collaborate to help you visualize and curate the style of your wedding into a day that feels true to you. With storyboards, colors, textures, we draw inspiration and just make the pretty happen. We implement that style into the entertainment, the food, and through the branding so that it all feels seamless.

Phase 4 - Logistics

There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to orchestrate a wedding. We invest hundreds of hours in every wedding. We create timelines and schedules for your entire day or your entire weekend. We collaborate with vendors to make sure that everyone has all the info they need. We review checklists, final orders, create floorplans and oversee logistics. We look at all the details.

Phase 5 - Wedding Day

Our biggest priority is for every couple to relax and enjoy this once in a lifetime moment. We want you to celebrate with family while we handle the logistics. We implement all of the plans with your vendor team. We manage the execution of your wedding day so that you and your guests can have a wonderful day.
